Named after the highest point in North Dorset, this is an elegantly made soft white mould ripened cheese that is a conspicuous award winner (British Cheese Awards Gold Medal 2008).
Ready to eat from about six weeks but if left to mature becomes a very creamy tasting cheese. It is available in two formats; one that can be consumed in one sitting at 240grams (ideal for a cheese board), the other is large enough for a big dinner party at 800grams.
