Manor Farm where our cheese is made can be found in Ashmore, the highest village in Dorset. Part of the Cranborne Chase and a designated 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' this part of North Dorset provides green pastures and excellent climatic conditions to make our artisan cheese.

Established in 2002 it was not until 2004 that the operation was turned into a long term commercial venture. An unpasteurised milk supply was secured from a local farm and the production of the award winning soft white cheese Win Green began. Production increased over the following years and we now produce five award winning cheeses.

In 2008 the company was bought by local organic farmer Paul Brewer. With Paul’s enthusiasm and a commensurate capital investment, the cheese making facilities have been significantly increased and improved.
